Looking to feel greener, healthier and happier? Why not make a pledge to walk more?

Here's how the pledge works. Pledge to walk at least 15 minutes more and let us know when you want to walk and what has motivated you. Then tell us if you'd like to hear from us, and we'll send you our top tips and hints to keep you motivated... easy.

  2. Now that you've pledged to walk more as a part of your commute, we'd like to send you the occasional email with handy hints and tips to encourage you.     This may include sport, exercise, and brisk walking or cycling for recreation or to get to and from places, but should not include housework or physical activity that may be part of your job.
