Everyone has a favourite track to walk to on their commute, whether it's upbeat to wake you up on the way to work, or relaxed to soothe you after a stressful day in the office. In fact, new research suggests that listening to your favourite music may be good for your cardiovascular system.
So, Living Streets decided to collect your suggestions for the ultimate walking music compilation by running a competition in December 2008 where we gave away a Nike+ iPod and 5 other mp3 players preloaded with your suggestions for good measure.
We got a few celeb musicians to tell us their favourite walking tracks to give you some inspiration, here's what they said:
